Social Practice
Community, collaborative and participatory projects

Alongside my studio practice, I develop socially engaged and participatory projects across schools, museums, cultural organisations and community settings.

My process begins with listening and connection. I meet people where they are and approach my role as a facilitator, rather than positioning myself as the sole artist or teacher. By creating welcoming and flexible frameworks, I support participants to experiment, share knowledge and shape their own meaningful creative outcomes.

My participatory work frequently explores folklore, local heritage, environmental sustainability, storytelling and our relationships with place. I believe that everyone is creative, and that creativity can help us process experience, connect with others and make visible the things that can be difficult to express through words alone.
